Slumberland Adventures LLC reserves the right to cancel any party for any reason we feel that would affect the safety of our staff, themed party inventory, and/or conflicts that arise with the hiring clients.

While working with customers, we’re constantly learning about their needs and managing inquiries that arise. As a result, we’ve included a list of frequently asked questions along with answers in order to provide additional support. If your question isn’t addressed on our website, get in touch with us and we’ll provide the information you need.

LIABILITY:
Slumberland Adventures LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages. In the event of damage or loss of our inventory and/or damage or loss to the party’s location, the financial responsibility lies entirely on the client.
Slumberland Adventures LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from the use of our tents and accessories during the party. In the case of liability and/or financial remuneration due to the aforementioned, the responsibility lies strictly with the client.

CANCELLATIONS.
All clients will provide a $50 deposit in order for Slumberland Adventures LLC to reserve their party and dates. (Deposit will be applied to the total balance of the party). Customers who cancel their booking prior to 14 days before the event can do so with a credit of their deposit held with Slumberland Adventures LLC..
After the reconfirmation email and the full balance is paid, 14 days prior to the event, will result in forfeiture of the $50.

Adjustments to orders can be made until 12 days prior to delivery except in the case of going under the mandatory 3 teepee party. Depending upon availability However, any such adjustments shall not reduce the total price of the invoice below the amount of the $50 DEPOSIT.

PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
How to pay: We accept all major credit cards thru Honeybooks.
Deposit $50 (non-refundable) Secures date. Due at booking.
Cleaning fee $50 (refundable after inspection) Due before week of party.
Damage Fee $50 ( refundable after inspection) Due before week of party.
Taxes 7.5% added to all parties (due with final payment)
Service charge 3% per party for credit cards (due at final payment)
Extra night charge $50 per tent per night
All themed party balances MUST be paid 1 week before your scheduled party.
We are a reservation-based company and do not keep dates with unpaid balances due to the high demand for party reservations.
FINAL PAYMENT:
All outstanding balances are due one week prior to your event by credit/debit card. Payments not received within this timeframe will result in the cancellation of your party with no exception. The remaining balance is based upon your provided final headcount and additional items.
SMOKE-FREE REQUIREMENTS:
We ask that there is no smoking around the setups due to the odor. If smoking is detected the damage fee and cleaning fee will be held.

RENTAL RETURN:
Our team will arrive the next day before noon to pick up items but not earlier than 10:30 am. A tour around the teepees and items will be done prior to the breakdown. After the breakdown and going over all the items we will let client know of any issues or fees that may be applied

Photographs:
Photos will be taken at set up of party. Any personal effects will be taken out. Photos will be used on social media and website

Event location requirements:
We strive to provide magical sleepover experiences for all of our clients. To accomplish this, we ask that you please have the area in which we are setting up smoke and pet free, and as clean as possible.(sweep mop and/or vacuum) And, for the convenience and safety of our clients, we ask that you move as much furniture from the area as possible. The more space and less furniture, the better. Teepee Tent setups: A space approximately 3' x 6' is needed PER teepee setup. We will not be responsible for moving furniture, or clearing out the area! We are responsible for disassembling our setting and picking it up only. Please be aware that we do not clean up party trash.
